How early should I order a custom cake?

Please order at least 48 hours ahead. For tiered or wedding cakes, a week's notice helps us make it perfect. Our team calls you within 2 hours to confirm the design and price.

Do you have eggless options?

Yes — most of our cakes and cookies can be made eggless. Use the "Eggless" filter in the menu, or switch on "Eggless" in the cake designer.

What are your delivery times?

We deliver every day from 8 AM to 8 PM in 2-hour slots. Orders placed before 12 PM can be delivered the same day.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash or FonePay QR when your order arrives or when you pick it up. eSewa and Khalti online payments are coming soon.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Call or WhatsApp us before we start baking (usually 3 hours before your slot) and we'll gladly change or cancel it.
